The noble sweet cherry is the basis for this soft cherry brandy. Harvested fully ripe in summer, it has the highest aromatic density. The sweet cherries are mashed very carefully with their pits so that the pits do not crack and the typical aroma is retained in the distillate. The cherry mash is then gently distilled using the fine brandy process and leaves the plant with approx. 75% alcohol by volume. The complex aromas develop fully during the two-year storage period.

Taste: Heavy fruit aroma with an elegant stone note. The finish is flowery and filling, wild almond embossing.
