Kammer-Kirsch has been distilling fine fruit brandies using the traditional distillation process since 1909. The distillery manufacturer continues this tradition with the new gourmet fruit brandy series. Today, as then, double distillation is carried out on copper stills (pot stills) using a manual process. The distiller alone controls the burning process by hand every day – without the use of computers or other modern technology. The master distiller determines the quality of the fruit brandies with his knowledge, his skills and his feeling for the perfect firing process.
