The “Zibarte” is a subspecies of the plum, is rarely grown and is considered a specialty among the brandies. They only produce this extraordinary brandy every three years. Not least because the yield from the fruit of the zibarte is rather low. The exquisite fruits for the culmination of their distilling art come from the Black Forest and are refined into a unique culinary experience using the fine distillation process.

Taste: The first impression on the tongue is elegant and soft. This is followed by a sweet, non-intrusive note of almonds that lingers for a long time.
