Sansibar Whisky

The company Sansibar-Whiskey GmbH supplies the Sylt restaurant with unusual and rare single cask fillings.

They have many years of expertise in choosing the casks and only use Scottish single malts, which they select on site, in the Highlands, Speyside or on the islands, and have them bottled at the ideal time of maturation.

The whiskies are bottled under various series and labels, such as the Classic, the Clans or the Chinese Mask label.
