There is much debate as to whether the Scots or the Irish invented whisky. What is certain is that whisky in Scotland is an integral part of history and culture and has developed into a fantastic, qualitatively unique drink for connoisseurs all over the world.

This quote from the Scottish national poet ROBERT BURNS (1759-1796) makes it clear what importance the drink has for Scotland. We have divided Scotch whiskys into categories based on the grain used in their production: Blended Whisky, Grain Whisky and Single Malt Whisky. In addition, we have sorted the whiskeys according to the regions to which their distillery belongs.
