The apples for the apple brandy are sourced exclusively from selected and qualified farmers from the Rheinaue and Lake Constance regions, with a real passion for fruit growing. The apples are cleaned, cored, mashed and then distilled. The excellent burning quality results in the special mildness of the apple brandy. By adding apple slices to the barrel during storage, the brandy gets its natural golden color and an extraordinary aroma.

Taste: Soft with a fruity apple sweetness. Similar to the bite into a ripe, fully aromatic apple.
