Nose: Intense smoke gives way to the rich, caramelized sweetness of toasted, fresh French oak. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove intertwine with baked apples and pears drizzled with honey. Peat remains a constant, powerful presence, weaving through the oak and spice notes.

Taste: Toasted oak, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate, and a hint of sweet smoke. Apple and pear compote balances the richness of the oak. The barley creates a subtle, earthy undertone—reminiscent of rain-soaked soil—while smoke underscores the other flavors without overpowering them.
