Distilled at the North British Distillery in 2008, this spirit matured for over 18 years in a carefully curated combination of first-fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels. For this edition of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage has deliberately eschewed chill-filtration and the addition of coloring agents in order to preserve the grain whisky’s original texture and full flavor profile. This artisanal approach is reflected in the whisky’s clear structure and unadulterated character.

On the nose, an inviting bouquet of vanilla and caramel unfolds, underscored by delicate notes of light fruits and honey. On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and creamy, with sherry cask influences emerging through nuances of dried fruit and a subtle oak spice. The 46% ABV perfectly supports the flavor structure, leading to a long-lasting, balanced finish that highlights the elegance derived from its maturation.
