Fino is the light-coloured and delicate version of sherry. This makes The GlenAllachie 9 y.o. - Fino Sherry Finish a single malt that is bursting with orchard fruits, roasted almonds and vanilla.

After the maturation in 1st fill bourbon casks, the GlenAllachie 15 years is finished in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Puncheons.

The 12 year old Glenallachie was matured in ex oloroso sherry, ex px sherry and virgin oak casks and was bottled with 46%.
