Velvety soft and creamy, this harmoniously composed EIER Liqueur convinces with gentle notes of vanilla and a hint of raspberry distillate from our noble distillery. This puristic, gold award-winning distillate brings the raspberry to the palate in a subtle but wonderfully authentic way – with a particularly fine mouthfeel. Our new, noble EIER Liqueur has a delicious 18% vol. and is deliberately less sweet.

As a classic “working distillery”, the Birkenhof does all the work itself. Grain or fruit delivered to the farm is carefully checked and mashed on site. It is macerated, percolated and distilled. In the large 1,400-litre distillery, the next generation of Fading Hill whiskies is created, while in the fruit distillery a new noble brandy is made from Wahl’s brandy pears. In the grain distillery, the aroma is of classic, traditional grain brandies.
