The eggs for Lotta’s Eierlikör come from farms that are KAT certified (Controlled Alternative Animal Husbandry). These are eggs that come exclusively from barn farming.

The egg gold
Sometimes you can discover small golden dots or a golden bow in the eggnog. We affectionately call it egg gold. Since we work without additives, this can occasionally occur. By briefly shaking you can distribute the egg gold again without any problems.

The alcohol strength
Our eggnog is with 20% vol. Alcohol slightly higher than the eggnog from other manufacturers. On the one hand, you can bake with it much better and with more flavor, and on the other hand, Lotta’s eggnog does not need a best-before date.
