WA BI GIN Mars – 45%

Mars emphasises locally sourced ingredients and the diversity of regional plants that inspired the creation of “Wa-Bi-Gin”. Nine plants from Kagoshima Prefecture were picked, including kumquats and cinnamon leaves, which are also used in local and Japanese cuisine. Adding juniper berries and coriander seeds to these plants creates a refreshing, exclusive gin with beautiful citrus fruits and spices.
