Vallein Tercinier V.S.O.P. Grapediggaz – 46,3%

The GrapeDiggaz lift the treasures from the world’s brandy regions. Previously known for authentic single cask cognacs and armagnacs, the independent bottler has now come up with something new: a Core Range. The same criteria apply to the standards of the team from Wu DRAM Clan and Kirsch Import as to the single cask finds: 100 percent transparency through bottlings personally dug up on site without any additives or chill filtration. And: an excellent price-performance ratio.

The start of the Core Range is marked by two versatile cognacs outside the mainstream. For this, the GrapeDiggaz worked closely with the innovative and established house of Vallein Tercinier. A specially developed recipe is the basis for the GrapeDiggaz Cognac VSOP.

At 46.3% vol., it displays a fruity top note reminiscent of young Highland malt. Fresh green apples, pears and grapes are harmoniously combined with malt and honey. The 4 to 10 year old VSOP is also an assemblage of different crus, with the Bons Bois setting the tone.
