Nose: greasy smoke, caramel popcorn, peanut shells, toffee, dried apple rings
Flavour: clean smoke, mixed nuts, milk chocolate, rolled oats, smoky caramel cream

The Westfalian was made by the german stillman Wilhelm Nothoff in the “Feinbrennerei Northoff”. To produce this whisky was the idea of Thomas Ewers (Malts of Scotland). The quality of this whisky is very high although it is still young. The Westfalian was medalled a few times by th IWSC in 2017.
