The Botanist Islay Cask Aged Gin – 46%

The Botanist Cask Aged Gin, on the other hand, is a cuvée that has been aged on Islay for at least three years and consists of around eight different cask types from different regions. The creamy and velvety taste of the gin comes from sweet and fresh fruit aromas that mix with vanilla ice cream and toasted oak. Here too, the barrels and earthy spices give the gin a depth, while the herbs and plants of The Botanist remain in the aroma center in terms of taste.
