A traditional, artisanal, heavy and full-bodied red wine from Franconia forms the aromatic basis. The red wine is fed naturally into the distillery and then distilled over several compression stages using the fine brandy process. The clear distillate is matured in oak barrels for about a year. Here, unique aromas and the typical amber color develop and result from the barrel.

Taste: fruity tart. The heavy red wine has clearly left its footprints. Full-bodied with a long finish and dryness typical of oak.
