The basis of the new Octomore series and the starting point for a surprising and experimental Edition No. 16. This elegant single malt was fully matured in first-fill bourbon casks, which imbue the typically intense peat smoke with surprising finesse. From salted caramel, melon, and apricot to chocolate and coconut, to a gentle wave of earthy minerality and lingering smoke. A whisky with plenty of power and character, whose complex balance of sweetness, salt, and smoke invites you to discover it with pleasure.

TASTE
Elegant peat smoke, salted caramel, honey-sweet melon, apricot, maltose, cinnamon, star anise, aromas of sea salt, toffee, chocolate, and coconut, earthy minerality
AFTERNOON
Very long finish, peat smoke, black pepper, and toffee Sea salt, complex and extremely impressive finale
