Loch Lomond Cooper´s Collection Spanish Oak – 50%

The Coopers Collection is distilled with 100% malted barley in Loch Lomond’s bespoke, all-copper continuous Coffey stills. The result is a single grain with elegant fruit and floral aromas, which are enveloped by the warming spice of cloves and vanilla sweetness of the Spanish oak casks. Michael Henry selected some of the older first-fill American oak casks for this. In collaboration with the excellent cooper team, the single grain was then refined in the finest hand-crafted Spanish oak casks to create a unique and complex whisky.
