In Holyrood Noir – Bordeaux Yeast, Pinnacle M and BP725 yeasts combine with bourbon and Bordeaux casks to create a rich tapestry of delightful aromas of cherries, strawberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by caramel fudge (Scottish Tablet).
