Project Two combines rums from different Caribbean islands into a particularly harmonious blend. Discover a moment of orchard and tropical ambience. At the summer party or in front of the winter fireplace, Project Two provides that certain something.
The rum gets its tangy and particularly fruity character from a portion of Agricole Rhum from Martinique and storage in sweet wine casks. The blend contains runs from pot still distillation and high-quality column still distillation. The tropical maturation brings particularly intense notes to the rum.
Aroma: Candied orange fruit. Velvety. Oily. Some vanilla.
Flavour: Tidy orange with elements of apricot and papaya. Herbaceous sweetness. Creamy in the mouth. Some vanilla and sultana, chocolate, spicy background with peppery espirt. For the rum connoisseur with a penchant for eccentric fruity rums.
