This bottling is a cask-strength pot still rum from Jamaica that matured in Europe for 14 years.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Deep and concentrated with an unusually sharp note of sugar cane. After some breathing, it releases enticing aromas of tangy citrus, coconut milk, candied ginger and exotic sweets like banana, pineapple and passion fruit. Subtle floral notes can be seen behind it.
Flavour:Lively and varied. A gentle note of cane sugar combines with bright, fresh fruity notes of pear, white peach and apple. The drop further develops into a pleasant spiciness with cinnamon and curry and then into a deep chocolaty and toffee-heavy direction.
Aftertaste: Slowly and quietly ending with a delicious herbal note that drifts slightly into the medicinal and mixes with some sugar cane and spice.
