The small Lübeck manufactory Marzilade by Susanne Menhardt & Walter Schmidt refines fruit and marzipan into a unique, time-delayed taste experience. Manufactured in Lübeck, Lübecker marzipan made from Mediterranean almonds is of course the main ingredient. The fruit content in the production of the unique marzilade is sourced regionally for many varieties. The range is rounded off with a selection of exotic tropical fruits.
The Lübecker Marzilade consists exclusively of purely plant-based ingredients (vegan) and is ideal for consumption as a spread, pastry and cake filling, on waffles, pancakes or ice cream.
