Grappa Marzadro Forte Miniature – 50%

Grappa obtained from the grapes of two red Trentino grape varieties, Teroldego and Marzemino. Distillation is carried out slowly using the hot water bath method in a discontinuous steam still. In this way, all the aromatic substances of the vines are preserved and optimal results are guaranteed in terms of aromas and fragrances. Teroldego pomace comes from grapes grown in Piana Rotaliana, an area dedicated to the production of this native variety. Marzemino marc comes from grapes grown in the hilly and partly hilly areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino), on the right bank of the Adige, in the municipal limits of Nomi, Mori and Isera, an excellent location for this typical grape variety. Expertly combining these two varieties, we obtain “Forte”, a grappa with a marked aroma and rich structure, extremely persistent, robust and full-bodied.
