Grappa obtained from two marcs of white Trentino grapes, Chardonnay and Müller-Thurgau. Distillation is carried out slowly using the hot water bath method in a discontinuous steam still. In this way, all the aromatic substances of the vines are preserved and optimal results are guaranteed in terms of aromas and fragrances. Chardonnay is a grape variety that grows in the most suitable areas of Vallagarina (lower Trentino) at altitudes between 200 and 500 m asl. is grown. Müller-Thurgau is grown on the Brentonico plateau, in some areas of the high hills of Vallagarina and in Val di Cembra. By skilfully combining these two varieties, we get “Delicata”, a grappa with a typically grassy scent and a soft, fresh and particularly elegant structure.
