The wines and spirits for the GrapeDiggaz Vermut Rot and the GrapeDiggaz Vermut Weiß come from a family-run business that produces wines, liqueurs and fine spirits in the Kinzigtal/Black Forest. The basis of the red vermouth is Pinot Noir, the white vermouth is based on Riesling. Grapes, wormwood and most of the other ingredients thrive regionally. Only more exotic botanicals and spices such as cardamom and cinnamon bark for the red wormwood or orange peel and cloves for the white one cannot be sourced from the Black Forest region. Not on the ingredients list at all: additional sugar.
