In this vinegar specialty, spicy, strong plum notes meet mild white wine vinegar and combine to form a fruity, sweet all-rounder for the kitchen. It is therefore more flavorful and milder than conventional fruit vinegar and, in addition to salad dressings, is also a delicious component for sauces, stews or soups.
Tip: It is simply delicious with duck or beef. Its fruity, mild character makes it a great substitute for balsamic vinegar. For hearty dishes, the crema tastes particularly delicious with nutty oils and spicy herbal oils.”
