Only 158 km² small, but very big in the cultivation of sugar cane: On the Antilles island of Marie-Galante, particularly sugary varieties thrive thanks to ideal climatic conditions. The Caribbean island, which belongs to the French overseas department of Guadeloupe, has always been known for the quality of its rhums. A reputation to which the Bielle distillery has contributed for decades.

In cooperation with Bielle, the Rhum Rhum is created according to an idea by Luca Gargano. The basis for the Rhum Blanc Agricole are the Rouge and B47.259 varieties, which have almost completely disappeared in the Antilles. After a long fermentation of 5-6 days at a controlled temperature, it is distilled in a Müller Bain Marie still designed by master distiller Gianni Vittorio Capovilla. Now the excellent distillate is available in new equipment.
