Rhum du Guatemala – Botran – 42%

The Botran family, which has been producing sugar cane schnapps since 1939, produces the world-famous Guatemalan rum. Made from natural sugar cane honey and distilled in column stills, the Botran rum ages in the center of the country at an altitude of 2,300 meters. The rum is aged in four different types of casks using a process inspired by the Solera method. This gives the rums a unique complexity.
