In Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital, the multi-award-winning Original Edinburgh Gin is distilled. Carefully selected Scottish ingredients and small production batches ensure the product quality and exceptional character. Not only the choice of botanicals reveals the love for Scotland and Edinburgh, but also the manufacturing process itself. Last but not least, the two stills are called Flora (a round pot still) and Caledonia (the elongated column still), affectionate nicknames for the stills who also betray love of home. Because Caledonia is the Gaelic word for Scotland.Juniper and pine are very much in the foreground. With light citrus flavors and a hint of coriander, you can look forward to a complex gin.
