Wolfburn Manzanilla Cask Finish – 46%

After initial maturation in bourbon barrels, the spirit was finished in Spanish oak, which previously contained the best Manzanilla sherry.

When the empty barrels arrived at the distillery, it was clear after the first “tasting” that they offered outstanding quality and the result after the final maturation speaks for itself. The dry, noble sherry notes complement the fruity-sweet Wolfburn whisky wonderfully to create a rich and complex dram.

Bottled as always with the Wolfburn Small Batch Releases at 46%, in natural colour, without chill filtration and of course, like all Wolfburn, highly drinkable!
