Willowburn 2019 Ruby Port – 48,5%

The sophisticated whisky from the heart of Germany is bottled in different series. Neither as mild as an ElsBurn nor as intense as a wood-smoky, strong The Alrik, whiskies in the Willowburn range are delicately spicy and aromatic. To achieve this, they rely on a blend of non-smoky and smoked malt.

One of them is now available exclusively to Kirsch customers: The WillowBurn Ruby Port 2019/2025 is a single cask that matured for six years at a high Angels’ Share of 16.6 per cent in the distillery’s cask store. Anyone who can secure one of the 363 bottles for themselves can look forward to the delicious effect of the sweetest port variety in single malt.
