The latest release combines classic Islay peat smoke with spicy notes and oak aromas, culminating in a long, warming finish. Maturation in Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Port casks imparts a pronounced fruitiness and spice that harmonizes perfectly with Islay’s peaty character. This limited edition is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and retains its natural color.

Original Tasting Notes: Lusciously rich with notes of candied orange peel, stewed red berries, and almonds, shaped by maturation in Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximénez, and ruby ​​port casks. Earthy peat waves through layers of treacle, dark fruit, and gentle char. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering rounded sweetness.
