Peallach (Tobermory) 2015 MoS 24009 Mini – 56,1%

This Peallach was distilled in 2011 in the Tobermory Distillery and then matured for 9 years in a bourbon barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: iodine, some gauze, medicinal, cold chimney, some smoke, caramel/toffee, honey, apple pie, creme brulee
Taste: dry smoke, ash, some iodine, sea breeze, apple compote, tobacco, charred wood, salted caramel
