These environmentally conscious connoisseurs share a passion for innovative and sustainable spirits. Each of them is personally behind a whisky in the series, expressing their individual preferences through barrel experiments or yeast trials.

For example: fruity, jammy notes with a hint of roasted spices. This is how Amy, Nc’nean’s Head of Sustainability, prefers her whisky. Ecological principles are an integral part of her philosophy. Therefore, in addition to the typical STR red wine and bourbon casks, her Nc’nean Quiet Rebels – Amy also contains whisky matured in rare, organic Maury-filled casks. This fortified wine from France is produced in a similar way to port wine.
