This 8-year-old Dalmunach was bottled in November 2024 for the Best Dram range. The whisky matured in first fill sherry and wine firkins and a PX quarter cask and has a cask strength of 57.2%. In total, the cuvée produced 319 bottles.
The rare whisky from the Speyside distillery, which was only founded in 2015, combines berry puree with chocolate and light tannins.

Dalmunach is a relatively young Speyside distillery in Carron, located on the former Imperial distillery site and part of the Pernod Ricard group. It is likely that much of the production will be used for Chivas Regal blending and that single malts from Dalmunach will tend to be rarer.
