The Craigellachie is located in the Speyside. It was founded by Peter Mackie and others and built in 1891. In 1964 the distillery was extended to owning four stills. Nowadays the distillery is owned by Bacardi Martini. The water that is used came from the Hill of Little Conval, but today it comes from the Blue Hill.
