For the dark Adriatico Roasted Almonds, the Apulian almonds are slowly roasted in the oven for hours until crispy, then macerated and distilled. The distillate is complemented by an infusion of coffee, cinnamon and cocoa as well as a pinch of sea salt from the Adriatic Sea. Cane sugar is also included in the almond liqueur’s list of ingredients, although the amount is reduced by around 50 percent compared to traditional amaretti. Less sweet, but all the more complex, Adriatico Roasted Almonds at 28% vol. is an elegant, balanced basis for high-quality aperitifs, complex cocktails or a moment of pure enjoyment.

From production to packaging, Jean-Robert Bellanger, head of the brand, has transformed the almond liqueur into a luxury luxury item. To do this, the Italian-French inventor relies on the literally original core of the spirit – the almond. Adriatico is not based on just any almond. The liqueur is made from Filippo Cea, a nutrient-rich, aromatic variety from the Italian region of Apulia in the “heel” of the Mediterranean country.
