Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum is a complex blend of different rums that have been matured for between 7 and 12 years. This unique luxury rum from Asia is characterised by its quality and maturation technique, which is adapted to the Southeast Asian climate. The flavour is smooth and creamy with notes of crème brûlée and butterscotch, accompanied by a fruity freshness of fresh pineapple and citrus fruits. This exotic flavour makes the style of this rum as rich as the history and culture of its country of origin. Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum is best enjoyed neat.

Our philosophy is inspired by the four elements of nature: earth, water, fire and air.

SOIL: The heart of our rum is the sugar cane that we grow in the Thai province of Kanchanaburi, where the soil is known to be rich and fertile.

WATER: Phraya is distilled with natural water from the Ta Chin River.

FIRE: Our handcrafted ex-bourbon American oak barrels are “fired” to enliven the wood, then the rum ages in the barrel.

AIR: The rum matures in our cellar with natural cooling air from the nearby riverside lagoons
