In Hamburg, the home of KNUT HANSEN, 14 selected botanicals from local cultivation are individually distilled with great attention to detail. In an elaborate process, the alcohol and water are extracted from the distillate. This essence of the botanicals is then blended and bottled to create a unique alcohol-free variant.

The Knut Hansen is distilled four times in a complex process and produced with extremely slow energy supply in small passes.

Only in this way is it possible to preserve the unique KNUT HANSEN flavor and protect the natural flavors in the gin. Finally, the gin is bottled and sealed by hand in distinctive stoneware bottles.
