Hayman’y Gin is now in its fifth generation of production. The family business was founded in 1820 and only sold to the Whitebread Spirits Group in 1987. However, the gin is still distilled in the traditional way and the recipe has not changed since the 19th century.
The taste of Hayman’y is a typical London Dry Gin, with beautiful juniper notes combined with the freshness and effervescence of lemon. In addition, light herbal aromas round off the gin.
