Eckart No. 8 – Whiskey BBQ Sauce – 250ml

As an old whiskey lover, this full-flavoured BBQ sauce is particularly close to Eckart’s heart. It consists of a good third whiskey and therefore more than deserves its name. It can be used universally, from pork to veal to beef. Spareribs or brisket bring it to full fruition. Only those who don’t like whiskey are unfortunately out of luck.

Ingredients:
Whiskey [33%], tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, raw cane sugar, onions, balsamic vinegar [grape must, wine vinegar, sulphites], chillies, Worcester sauce [malt vinegar (from barley), spirit vinegar, molasses, sugar, salt, anchovies, tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spices, natural flavourings], salt, lemon juice, soy sauce [water, soybeans, wheat, salt], pectin, pepper, purified smoke flavouring from hickory wood, vanilla extract
