The discerning indie trio Wu Dram Clan rummaged through the Signatory Holzschatz for a single cask bottling - and selected First Fill Sherry Butt Number 4 on site. Better known as a lover of whiskeys from classic bourbon barrels, the bottler offers sensory-exciting variety in the sherry range with its Glen Grant 2000/2023: The Speyside Single Malt Scotch skilfully builds the bridge between the traditional, musty character and the rustic, nutty character of the modern one Sherry whiskeys.

Andrew Symington is an expert in tracking down exclusive Scotch whiskies. For the Symington's Choice series, the Signatory founder personally selects rare casks that have been matured with great skill. This Glen Grant was distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2025. It matured the entire time in a 1st fill Oloroso sherry butt with the number 6.
