“Cuate Rum 01” is produced in the Caribbean (Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago) using the traditional distilling method from sugar cane molasses. The slow processing, from the preparation of the mash to the actual rum, guarantees the preservation of as many aromas and flavours as possible. “Cuate Rum 01” is stored in old sherry and/or bourbon barrels and thus forms its soft, finely balanced character.
