That smooth, biscuit malt followed by peat smoke and lots of stone fruit (ripe apricots, peaches) and honey drizzled pears. Candied lemon and caramel, honeycomb, chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Flavour Oak wood and smoldering peat. Flowery aromas reminiscent of broom and honeysuckle mix with creamy porridge, sweet vanilla and toffee to create an extremely harmonious work of art. Departure Barley malt and earthy smoke dominate the aftertaste, followed by sweet caramel and fine vanilla.

The earthy smoke harmonises beautifully with the notes of citrus fruits, lemon meringue pie and juicy barbecue meat. Flavour Citrus, smoke and a distinct minerality on the palate, followed by charred oak. Toffee and creamy vanilla interwoven with earthy smoke and fruity notes of pear, gooseberry and green apple. Roasted coffee beans, a hint of clove and nutmeg and the subtle sweetness of heather honey. Departure Butterscotch and vanilla, Octomore's signature earthy peat smoke and salt spray, burnt heather and gorse blossoms.
