The basis of BBQ DRY GIN is a recipe of 13 harmoniously balanced botanicals from sustainable cultivation. In particular, smoked juniper, lemon verbena, jungle pepper, cardamom and dried tomatoes provide for its special aroma.
The incredibly soft mouthfeel rounds off the spicy aroma of this gin wonderfully. The wonderfully bacon-y smokiness of the smoked juniper gives it that special kick and makes our BBQ DRY GIN incomparable.

Small still:
Small batch, big city! Whereas in the case of Berlin Distillery it should rather be called “micro”-batch. Because the distillates are distilled themselves – on a 40-litre copper still. Small production for the greatest quality.
Maximum regionality:
Many ingredients for the spirits come as directly as possible from the region – such as the asparagus peels for the Asparagus Gin or the sea buckthorn berries in the Sundown Gin. This is not only more sustainable – and provides the regional touch to our distillates.
High transparency:
Berlin Distilery is the opposite of a “black box” – because you are allowed to look over the shoulders of the ladies and gentlemen while they are distilling. For the distillery, craft always means openness – and they look forward to your next visit.
