More Kallenhardt is not possible. For their hay spirit they use 100% hay from their village. Every spring they harvest the first cut of the year in order to produce their Sauerland specialty. Through the natural process of maceration, they gently remove its aromas from the hay and, after burning, bring them into the bottle without any additives.

Taste: The taste is familiar and yet never experienced. It corresponds to that smell of the freshly mown summer meadow and is surprisingly sweet and mild.
