The M&H Distillery takes advantage of Israel’s warm climate to accelerate the interaction between the distillate and the wood, giving this single malt remarkable depth after just four years. This expression was distilled on November 23, 2021, and matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, numbered 3550, until it was bottled in August 2026. The independent bottler Best Dram has exclusively selected this single cask to bridge the gap between oriental intensity and the classic elegance of dark sherry notes.

Maturation in a warm climate means that the whiskey matures quickly, yet with great elegance. Whiskey produced in a warmer climate takes on a specific terroir that brings out unique flavors that differ somewhat from those of the Old World. The methods, techniques, and equipment are based on centuries-old knowledge, and the distillery adheres to the tradition of aging for at least three years.
