Dos Delinquentes Fiji 2006/2024 FRC & WDC – 72,5%

Two characteristics distinguish the Dos Delinquentes Fiji 2006/2024: In addition to its remarkably high alcohol content of 72.5% vol., it matured under various climatic conditions. Over eleven years in the tropical South Pacific were followed by continental maturation in Europe from 2017 to 2024. This is what gives the rum its delicious creaminess.
The Fiji rum was distilled in Jamaican-style pot stills. Equipped with retorts, these stills produce lush, aromatic rum – characteristics that were underlined by fresh bourbon barrels. Bottled directly from one of the barrels free of any additives, the Dos Delinquentes Single Cask brings strong, full-bodied complexity to lovers of characterful rums. Surprisingly creamy, the experience, limited to 256 bottles, combines maritime aromas with tar, rubber, olives and ripe tropical fruits.
