The Elements of Islay Cask Edit made from refill, bourbon and sherry casks combines intense, smoky single malt from the south coast of Islay with a fresher, fruitier style from the north.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromatic notes of freshly brewed coffee mixed with hot milk. Sugared almonds and white chocolate truffles combine with typical peat smoke. A fresh fruit basket ensures balance.
Palate: Sweet, with mineral Islay notes. Vanilla smoke and wood spice permeate the scent of freshly baked buttery croissants and hot, fruity coffee.
Finish: Pleasantly smoky and sweet with lingering fruit notes.
