Bowmore 2025 New Make #600947 Milroys - 62,4%

With red fruit, honey and a gentle hint of heather smoke, this Highland Park reveals a fruit-driven, spicy character. The twelve year old single malt from Scotland's Orkney Islands shows a rich mahogany hue through the clear glass of the bottle. The 1st fill Burgundy barrique combines heather honey with peppery spice. This 12 year old single cask bottling invites you to savour it.

This whisky is an invitation to connoisseurs who appreciate the tension between extreme smokiness and fruity complexity. The lovingly designed label featuring Hansel and Gretel is a metaphorical hint at the journey of flavour you embark on with this single cask. We recommend enjoying it neat or with a few drops of water to fully explore the many-layered nuances of the St. Estèphe wine cask. In this blended malt, peat smoke meets the fruit of first fill St. Estèphe barriques. Enjoy its maritime depth.

Like the classic Sanaig, the exclusive Kilchoman Sanaig matured mainly in Oloroso sherry casks, but was bottled at natural cask strength of 57.5 % Vol. Instead of adding water, this Sanaig was created at natural cask strength. The result is an intense combination of rich peat smoke, cinnamon sweetness and stewed stone fruit, spices and dark chocolate.

The Laphroaig 13 Years matured entirely in a port cask and was bottled at 54.6% vol. On the nose, pronounced peat smoke combines with maritime notes, strawberries and a rosé sparkling wine. On the palate, port fruit, salty spice and cocoa meet the powerful smoke. The finish is long, smoky and fruit-driven.

This 5-year-old whisky from the Laphroaig distillery matured for 5 years in a bourbon barrel. It was then bottled at 57.1% in a run of 315 bottles.

Ripe pineapple, gentle tobacco smoke and a maritime touch: this Bowmore shows Islay from its fruity side. The 22-year-old single malt from Milroy's Vintage Reserve combines long maturation with finely balanced smokiness. Its golden amber hue sits alongside the cream-coloured label with gold and red lettering; the black box with gold lettering and a window gives a view of the bottle.

The first impression belongs to the golden amber in the clear glass; on the nose, beach bonfire smoke and creamy sweetness follow. This 15-year-old Bowmore from Milroy's Vintage Reserve combines maritime Islay character with the gentle side of bourbon cask maturation. The cream-coloured label with gold, red and black lettering and the black window box with gold writing give the 0,7 litre bottle a classic setting.

Some bottlings tell a story straight away. This Bunnahabhain Stiùireadair takes you straight to the rugged north coast of the island of Islay. Named after the Gaelic word for "helmsman", this single malt guides you safely through the maritime world of aromas of a distillery that, like hardly any other, stands for the unpeated character of the famous whisky island.

It is the subtle interplay of maritime smoke and the deep sweetness of European oak that makes this Islay single malt so distinctive. In its new 2025 presentation, the Bowmore 15 Years is a composition that captures patience and craftsmanship in liquid form.

The Bunnahabhain Distillery is located on the Sound of Islay, in the northeastern corner of the island, directly across from the island of Jura—so remote that when it was built in 1881, a long, winding road first had to be constructed down to the sea. The water used to make whiskey—which is relatively low in peat for Islay—comes from an underground spring, the Margadale River. Until 2003, it was owned by the descendants of the founders, Highland Distillers. The current owner is Burn Stewart Distillers.

The distillery is located north of Port Askaig on the island of Islay, right on the Islay Sound. It was built in 1846 and, since 1974, has featured a completely rebuilt stillhouse that was expanded to include six stills. The distillery, which offers a wonderful view of the island of Jura, is now owned by Diageo. Caol Ila is a prime example of a “workhorse” distillery that primarily produces whisky for blends—in this case, for Johnnie Walker.
